Are you as inspired as I am, listening to the Olympic athletes share their experiences? I have learned so much about focus and grace under pressure. Here are my three top takeaways so far:
- When you’re in the midst of it, block out everyone and everything else. “Draw a curtain down both sides of the lane.”
- Every night at bedtime, visualize success. What does it look like, and feel like?
- Develop mental toughness: the capacity to take what’s thrown at you and move on quickly.
